Recreational drumming with the West African djembe is the focus of this ten-week program. Classes are designed for people with no previous drumming experience. Even if you feel you don't have rhythm or musical ability, you can still learn to drum. Instruction will include basic djembe technique, handing and a variety of lively rhythms.
